I am excited to announce the launch of my new website www.michaelgligic.com which I hope you all enjoy. I would also like to take the opportunity to mention my fundraiser golf tournament which is on May 30th at the awesome venue of LionheadGolf Club Legands Course. If you have not yet signed up, make sure you sign your foursome up as spots are getting filled quickly.

I lived in Melbourne Florida from November 15th until April 1st, working hard on my golf game as well as seeing my coach Sean Foley on occasion. I didn’t play to many tournaments as I wanted to strictly focus on the swing changes that needed to be done. Overall Florida was great, I played some awesome courses and felt like my game has improved once again.

I then came back to Canada for 2 weeks where I visited friends and family, played a bit of golf in the cold and saw my other coach Conor O’Shea. I then departed for Mazatlan, Mexico which is where I am currently. I got to the El Cid resort a few days early so I could relax, get a feel for the weather as I have never been to Mexico and play the golf course a few extra times.

Although the greens are a little different than what I have ever played on, I really like the layout of the course and look forward to getting started tomorrow. I tee of Thursday at 12:25 ( 2:25 eastern time ) and 7:25 ( 9:25 eastern time ) on Friday.
